Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and effective Mathematics lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum.

• Design lesson plans tailored to the age, ability, and learning style of each student.

• Use creative teaching methods and tools to enhance classroom engagement.

• Conduct regular assessments and provide detailed feedback on student performance.

• Foster a nurturing and organised classroom environment that supports every learner.

• Provide additional support to students with learning challenges or those requiring enrichment.

• Prepare students for school-wide tests and national academic competitions.

• Collaborate with colleagues on cross-curricular activities and educational strategies.

• Maintain open communication with parents regarding students’ academic and behavioural progress.

• Actively participate in faculty meetings, school programs, and ongoing professional training.

Requirements

• A recognised qualification in Education, Mathematics, or a related field.

• 1–10 years of classroom teaching experience (primary level preferred).

• Firm grasp of pedagogical strategies and classroom management.

• Passion for education and child development.

• Excellent communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in using educational technology is a valuable asset.
