About the Position

As a Finance Reporting Specialist, you will support the finance team by assisting with the generation, tracking, and submission of financial reports. You will be part of a dynamic team that ensures compliance with local and international regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist in generating and submitting financial reports in compliance with US GAAP, local regulatory guidelines, and other reporting standards.

• Support the closing of financial books and sub-ledgers, including adjusting entries and consolidating financials at the end of each accounting period.

• Perform clerical tasks, including data entry and document preparation.

• Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all financial data.

• Exchange moderately complex financial information with colleagues and stakeholders.

• Provide basic assistance in reporting and enhance productivity through recommendations.

Salary and Benefits

• Salary Range: 1,010 KWD to 2,890 KWD per month (includes housing, transport, and other benefits).

• Average Monthly Salary: 1,900 KWD.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Experience: 0-2 years of relevant experience.

• Education: University degree in business (preferably in Accounting or Finance).

• Skills:

  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

  • Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.

  • Basic knowledge of the organization and its policies.

• Other: Must have permission to work in Kuwait (including government sector employees or those with proper sponsorship).
