Job Overview:
Ketote is seeking a highly creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead our digital presence and drive traffic to our website. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sharing our content across platforms like Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, and WhatsApp to achieve measurable goals—specifically, driving at least 1,000 daily website visitors. This is a remote-first role for someone who thrives on digital engagement and is always online and active.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Strategy:

Develop and implement a results-driven social media strategy aligned with business objectives.

Identify and engage target audiences through tailored content and platform selection.
2. Content Creation & Distribution:

Share website content consistently across Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, WhatsApp, and more.

Craft compelling posts that encourage clicks, shares, and website traffic.

Create or repurpose content that highlights our solar energy solutions and company impact.
3. Community Engagement:

Manage responses, comments, and messages promptly.

Build strong relationships with followers and encourage active community participation.
4. Performance & Goals:

Ensure minimum 1,000 daily visitors are directed to our website.

Track and report performance using relevant metrics and tools.

Adjust tactics based on analytics and engagement data.
Requirements & Skills:

Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or digital marketing.

Ability to write attention-grabbing captions and content that leads users to take action.

Strong grasp of platform dynamics (Facebook, Telegram, Twitter, WhatsApp, etc.).

Basic design skills using Canva or similar tools.

Familiarity with scheduling tools and performance tracking tools.

Proven ability to meet daily/weekly digital engagement goals.
