Job Summary

Responsibilities

Conduct patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.

Qualifications

Registered Nurse with a valid NMC (Nursing and Midwifery Council) registration.

Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.

Post-qualification nursing experience preferred.
