Job Description

Ascentech Services Ltd is seeking high-performing Key Account Officers to drive growth and retail expansion for Koolbuy’s distribution network in Adamawa and Kwara states. The ideal candidates will be responsible for channel development, sales growth, and customer experience through strategic onboarding and management of dealers, agents, and retailers.

Key Responsibilities

Channel Development

  • Identify and onboard retail partners, dealers, and distributors

  • Develop and implement regional expansion strategies

  • Segment markets by population, density, and access

Sales Performance & Monitoring

  • Drive and monitor retail partner sales to meet territory targets

  • Use CRM and mobile tools to manage partner relationships

Reporting & Analysis

  • Maintain accurate partner and performance records

  • Provide insights and data reports to management regularly

Partnership & Collaboration

  • Work with the marketing team on activations and local promotions

  • Support visibility efforts through in-store branding and campaigns

Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • HND/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related fields

  • 3+ years of experience in retail/channel sales (FMCG, energy, telecom, or related fields)

Skills

  • Strong leadership, negotiation, and customer service abilities

  • Proficient with CRMs, mobile apps, Google Sheets, and reporting tools

  • Deep understanding of Nigeria’s informal retail and consumer habits

  • Willingness to travel across urban and rural territories

  • Fluency in English (local language is an added advantage)
