Job Summary

Pruvia Integrated Limited is urgently hiring an experienced Site Supervisor to oversee construction operations, coordinate labor and materials, and ensure safety compliance across various project sites. The ideal candidate must have strong leadership, technical, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily on-site construction activities

• Ensure adherence to project plans, building codes, and safety regulations

• Coordinate labor, material deliveries, and equipment usage

• Review and implement blueprints, construction drawings, and work plans

• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality standards

• Liaise with project managers, engineers, contractors, and vendors

• Maintain detailed site documentation (daily reports, logs, safety records)

• Lead and motivate on-site workers and subcontractors

• Quickly resolve project delays, site challenges, or safety issues

• Enforce company safety policies and ensure workers follow them

Requirements

• Education: HND/BSc in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field

• Experience: Minimum 4–5 years in a similar supervisory role

• Certifications: CPR and First Aid are a plus

• Strong knowledge of construction codes, safety rules, and technical drawings

• Proficient in the use of construction equipment and tools

• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Able to interpret technical documents and resolve on-site issues promptly
