Job Summary:

Ecostec Consulting is hiring a Human Resource Intern to support the HR team in recruitment, onboarding, employee records management, and other day-to-day HR functions. The ideal candidate should have basic HR knowledge and a keen interest in growing in the HR field.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Post job vacancies, screen CVs, and help coordinate interviews

  • Support onboarding and orientation for new employees

  • Keep employee records and HR databases updated

  • Assist with payroll, benefits, and administrative tasks

  • Conduct basic HR research and provide helpful insights

Requirements:

  • BSc. in Human Resources, Business Admin, or related field

  • At least 1 year of HR experience (internship or job)

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Familiarity with HR processes and tools is a plus
