Job Description

AVP product management provides training to the Global Markets Operations areas on the individual components of the Operational Risk Framework to ensure compliance with the relevant regulations and Bank policies.

Responsibilities

• Act as CRM/RPA/AI product owner and technical teams to deliver punctual projects to drive a successful firm-wide digital transformation journey
• Responsible for coordinating the ongoing rollout and adoption of Confluence and Jira
• Work closely with internal IT teams and business users to enhance the end-user experience.
• Define, implement and evolve practices and processes to incorporate Jira and Confluence into Agile software development frameworks
• Administer and configure role-based access controls, user licenses, features, spaces, and projects within these productivity tools
• Lead the product creation and development cycle, from ideation and research to implementation

Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Information Technology, Business Administration, and related disciplines
• 8+ years of working experience in product management/project management for digitalization
• Recent working experience in a sizeable company and/or consulting firm
• Experienced in digital & business transformation projects within the enterprise
• Product management experience in Enterprise Tools is a plus, e.g., Salesforce, Workday, Oracle, Microsoft etc
• Well-practiced in Agile methodology
• Solid knowledge and skills in Confluence and Jira are a must
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese.

Average Salary: HK$75,000
