Job Description

We handle a wide variety of parts, and through our work, we can acquire know-how in manufacturing, such as glass, pressed parts, resin parts, and aluminum extrusion parts.The completed product is installed on the roof of passenger cars. Because it is a part that can be seen from the outside, it can determine the car’s character, and you can feel the degree of contribution to the world.From inquiries about new projects from customers to the start of mass production, we form a project team with related departments within the company and complete the product through consistent team activities, which gives us a great sense of accomplishment.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and development of automobile sunroofs and panoramic roofs.
• Manage projects with support from managers and senior engineers.
• Leading, managing, and executing development organization activities related to products/systems.
• Product planning, drawing creation, understanding of required specifications, and application to products
• Ensuring that production processes meet quality, cost, safety, reliability, timeliness, and performance standards.
• Technical support to the sales force for product sales and industry-specific engineering activities.

As there are many local suppliers in Hiroshima and many suppliers in China, a person with good language skills is required for this position.OthersYou will study at the Hiroshima factory for six months after joining the company.

【MUST】

• Over 3 years of experience in automotive parts development
• CATIA V5

[Welcome (WANT)]

• Engineering graduate
• TOEIC 500 points or more

【working time】

• 8:30-17:30 (actual work 8 hours, break 60 minutes)
• Flextime system (core time: yes 10:00-15:00)
• Overtime around 30 hours a month

Conditions
