A global bank with a large operation in Hong Kong.
The bank is undergoing a significant transformation to build its innovative capacity, customer centricity, and agility.
As part of the global marketing function, the team is looking for a new Senior Manager to focus on Marketing Performance Management. The Senior Manager will drive programs and strategies to enhance the bank’s brand equity and customer growth by understanding customers’ needs and market opportunities.
The key responsibility of the Senior Manager is to manage and improve the banks’ performance in various marketing activities, which includes the design, monitoring, and analysis of metrics. Quantitative and data management skills will be applied in these tasks.
The role also works closely with the regional marketing teams, including colleagues based in Hong Kong and elsewhere in the region, to achieve business objectives. Besides the marketing functions, the Senior Manager will work with all stakeholders related to marketing performance. The job holder will act as a contact point for matters related to marketing performance for locations across the Asia Pacific.
The Successful Applicant
The hiring manager is looking for candidates with 10 years of experience in data-driven marketing approaches. Data & analytics skills are essential for performance measurement responsibilities in this role. The role also requires experience in media mix modeling and conversion modeling (from brand awareness to sales). Excellent influencing and leadership skills are essential in this matrix organizational structure. Fluency in English and an additional language is also required.
