As we expand our global presence, we are seeking a Customer Experience Agent to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

As a Customer Experience Agent at Express Publishing you will play a vital role in enhancing our customer and partner relationships. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Customer and Partner Communication: Effectively handle all forms of communication, including emails, phone calls, and live chat, with our direct customers and international partners.
  • Booking Management: Manage and coordinate colleague and customer bookings, ensuring they are accurate and timely, and assisting with any changes or cancellations.
  • Event Organization: Collaborate with our marketing team to help plan and execute promotional events, including logistics, registrations, and customer engagement.
  • Problem Solving: Address customer inquiries, deal with customer complaints resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner to ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with our products and services to provide accurate information and assist customers effectively.
  • Data Entry: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and relevant information in our system.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Collect and share customer feedback with relevant departments to contribute to our continuous improvement efforts.

Job Requirements:

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English are a must. Proficiency in additional languages is a bonus.
  • Organizational Skills: The ability to manage bookings, event logistics, and multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capability for addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues with a customer-centric approach.
  • Team Player: Collaborative and able to work effectively within the team and other departments.
  • Tech-Savvy: Thorough knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, with a focus on MS Excel.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and willing to learn and adapt to changing circumstances.
