Overview
This position is responsible for gathering, organizing, and analyzing large data sets using statistical techniques and tools, to ensure data quality, integrity and compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and bank policies that assist management with making informed business decisions. Follows data integrity and consistency standards, implements validation rules, and conducts regular data quality checks.
Responsibilities
- Data Analysis – Sources, compiles, and interprets data. Responsible for analyzing and understanding customer specifications to design and implement the most efficient data processing based on system capabilities.
- Technical Expertise – Possesses a working knowledge of developer code and can validate or make edits to SAS, C++, Perl, Shell Scripting, SQL, XML. Knowledge of database design, theories, and best practices. Technology and systems savvy with experience in Excel, data visualization such as Tableau, ETL/data wrangling tools (e.g. Tableau Prep or Alteryx), etc. Assists in implementing recommended modifications and enhancements.
- Identifying Requirements – Determines system requirements and communicates them with specifications, reports, project plans, or other forms of documentation. Ensures compliance through monitoring and analysis.
- Reporting – Produces reports based on data analysis, user input, and system testing. Assists in the identification of potential issues or areas of improvement. Demonstrated proficiency in Jira with specific knowledge on creating sprints and maintaining backlogs.

Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree and 1 years of experience in System Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support OR High School Diploma or GED and 5 years of experience in System Support, or Analytics, or Operations Support
