Your Mission

Do you have a passion for digital marketing and a flair for crafting captivating content? If so, we want you to join our vibrant marketing team at Mercell! We’re on an exhilarating journey, having welcomed several new companies into our fold. We’re now building a Group Content and Campaign team that’s all about delivering scalable GTM programs and campaigns across various channels that drive brand reputation and business growth across markets.

As a Content & Campaign Manager, your mission will be to orchestrate digital marketing campaigns that truly resonate with our audience, driving brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation. You’ll be the creative mastermind behind our campaigns, collaborating closely with various teams to ensure our objectives are not just met but exceeded.

Your core responsibilities:

 

  • Mapping out customer journeys and developing campaigns and content aligned to those journeys, ensuring a seamless execution across channels like email, social media, web, in-app, display ads, SEM and more.
  • Taking charge of the entire campaign lifecycle, from ideation to optimization and reporting.
  • Define campaign goals, identifying key messages, determining the marketing channels to be utilised, and setting budgets and timelines.
  • Develop marketing campaigns including webinars, blog posts, infographics, social media, emails etc.
  • Keeping a close eye on campaign performance metrics, diving into data analysis, and using insights to fine-tune for maximum impact.
  • You’ll collaborate with internal teams, including design, product marketing, and sales, to ensure our messaging hits the mark every time.
  • You’ll be presenting campaign results, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders in regular reports and presentations.

What we’re looking for:

 

  • Solid experience in digital marketing, especially in campaign management and optimization.
  • Deep knowledge of digital marketing channels, tools, and tactics, with a knack for staying ahead of the curve.
  • Creativity is your middle name! We need someone who can craft compelling campaign concepts and content.
  • You’re a pro at juggling multiple projects, prioritising tasks, and meeting deadlines with ease.
  • You can collaborate seamlessly across teams and present your ideas with confidence and clarity. Above all, you’re results-driven and passionate about making a tangible impact.

Preferred Qualifications

 

  • A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Bonus points if you’ve got experience with Account Based Marketing

Start date: As soon as possible

Duration: Full time

Workplace type: Hybrid remote

Location: May be based in the following locations where Mercell has a legal entity such as Sweden, Norway, Netherlands, Denmark and Finland
