At our head office in Waregem, under the responsibility of the HR Director, you are responsible for coordinating the processes and projects surrounding Talent Attraction and you act as an HR Business Partner with a love for recruitment.

As a Talent Attraction Coordinator (M/F/X), this will be your mission:

Together with your fellow recruiters, you are responsible for R&S projects, including employer branding, job events, collaborations with schools and job fairs.
You ensure the inflow of the best candidates and support the continued growth of Cebeo.
You provide suitable candidates for the support departments at the head office (Marketing, Purchasing, IT, Finance, HR, etc.).
You start by defining job descriptions in consultation with the departments and look for suitable candidates through various channels.
You are the point of contact regarding talent attraction for both internal and external stakeholders.
You are responsible for managing vacancies, screening CVs, interviewing interested candidates until finalizing the contract.
You are responsible for the successful onboarding of new employees.
You work closely with fellow recruiters in the regional sales organization.

Your profile?

You have a bachelor’s or master’s degree in personnel management or equivalent through experience.
You have experience in the field of recruitment and selection and are well aware of contemporary communication or recruitment methods (social media, networking, employer branding, etc.).
You have a good knowledge of French and English, both oral and written.
