Your Impactful Contributions

  • Deliver outstanding customer service via phone, email, and live chat in your designated foreign language(s) and English.
  • Efficiently resolve customer inquiries and issues, providing a memorable experience.
  • Support the translation and localization efforts for various markets, as needed.
  • Work collaboratively with different departments to ensure customer needs are met promptly.
  • Play an active role in the continuous improvement of our customer service practices.

What You Bring to the Team

  • Fluency in one or more foreign languages and English at B1/B2 level.
  • A willingness to learn, a can-do attitude, and the flexibility to adapt to changing needs.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with an aptitude for problem-solving.
  • The skill to multitask effectively and prioritize workloads.
  • Eligibility to work in the EU
