ManpowerGroup on behalf of its client, a company with a leading position in the field of telecommunication services, is looking for Chat Customer Service Representatives for eastern Thessaloniki (COSMOS area).
Duties
Customer support via Chat for the company’s products and services
Solving problems and satisfying customer requests
Resolution of complaints in the first year
Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy with customers
Effective and timely updating of the database (CRM) after each call
Cooperation with the management team in order to update on new products and change company policies
Requirements
Necessary qualifications
Willingness to work
Graduate of I.E.K. or high school graduate
Excellent written and oral communication skills in Greek and English
Familiarity with using a PC in a Windows environment (MS Office)
Availability to work in shifts
Knowledge of Oracle Siebel
Desired qualifications
Experience with a telephone provider
Ability to work in a team
Work experience in telephone service
