Job Summary:
We are looking for a Customer Service Supervisor to lead and support our team of agents on the trading floor. The ideal candidate should have at least 2 years of experience in customer service, especially within the digital assets or gift card industry.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support customer service agents to ensure top-notch service

Oversee daily operations and trading floor activities

Handle complex or escalated customer issues

Monitor performance and productivity of the team

Train and mentor new team members

Collaborate with management to improve service delivery

Stay updated on digital asset and gift card trends

Ensure compliance with company policies

Analyze metrics and prepare reports for improvements
Requirements:

HND, Bachelor’s, or Master’s Degree in any relevant field

Minimum 2 years of experience in a customer service supervisory role

Experience with digital assets or gift card services is an added advantage

Strong leadership and problem-solving skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in using customer service tools and software
