Your Role in the Revolution

Position: Customer Support Analyst (Fluency in Spanish and Portuguese)

Location: Remote but available in São Paulo, Brazil

Commitment: Part-time, Available for On-Site Events

As a Customer Support Analyst at TRATO, you are the bridge between our revolutionary platform and our valued Portuguese-speaking clientele. Your mission? To provide unparalleled technical support and customer service, ensuring every client interaction is not just a query resolved but a step towards a lasting partnership.

  • Analyze and understand our client’s unique needs, delivering customized solutions that go beyond satisfaction to delight.
  • Utilize your exceptional problem-solving skills to address and resolve technical challenges, ensuring a smooth and efficient contract management experience for all users.
  • Be the voice of TRATO, embodying our commitment to innovation and excellence in every interaction.
  • Stay ahead of the curve, leveraging the latest in blockchain technology to provide insights and support to our clients, ensuring they’re always a step ahead.

Who Are We Looking For?

  • Fluent in Portuguese and Spanish, you’re a communication maestro, capable of engaging and assisting clients with clarity and enthusiasm.
  • Having a law degree or being a lawyer can be advantageous.
  • A background in Customer Support or Technical Support, with a proven track record of transforming challenges into solutions
  • An analytical mind, adept at dissecting complex issues and reassembling them into actionable solutions.
  • Someone with a keen interest in the legal and tech industries, ready to dive into the world of legal agreements and contract management.
  • A holder of a bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or someone with equivalent life experience who has instilled in you a passion for customer service and technology.
