Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound customer queries via phone, email, or chat.

Ensure customer satisfaction through timely and effective resolution.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments when necessary.
Requirements:
Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Prior experience in a customer service or support role is a plus.
Basic computer literacy (email, chat tools, ticketing systems).
