Job Description
MISSION
- Ensure highest operational performance of Franchised hotels under Legacy brands (Ibis, Novotel, Mercure, Pullman, Swissotel) by applying Brands strategy and providing operational guidance to the hotels General Managers and Owners in Russia;
- Establish and sustain respectful & balanced relationship with stakeholders.
- With support and guidance of the Regional COO, ensure high level of trust and support with Hotels Owners of the Region.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, Coach and Support Hotel General Managers in order to achieve high qualitative and quantitative targets;
- Develop and maintain sound and effective Operational teams and management systems in the region;
- Implement Brands and ACCOR projects;
- Bring operational expertise in the Development processes through interaction with local DTS Project Managers in order to develop efficient and “easy to work” in hotels;
- Promote ACCOR solutions;
- Participate in hotel industry trade associations and area hotel-related business events to project a positive public image of the Company while staying informed on new trends and competition practices.
Work Experience
- +5 years of experience in similar region (Russia and / or CIS);
- Business bachelor degree;
- Languages: Russian, English;
- Reporting and consolidation;
- Service management;
- Project management;
- Internal control;
- Communication with impact.
