Responsibilities
- Assist in project planning and scheduling activities
- Coordinate project tasks and resources
- Monitor project progress and update project stakeholders
- Prepare project documentation, including project plans, reports, and presentations
- Support project managers in day-to-day project activities
- Ensure project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts to enhance project management processes
Requirements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
- Detail-oriented and attentive to accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Prior experience in project coordination or related role is a plus
