Your role with us
Eight in-house lawyers work within Legal & Compliance. We are now looking for an ambitious and service-oriented Executive Assistant who wants to become part of our nice group and support managers within our company – Sydkraft AB. Your role will be distributed approximately 50 percent within Legal & Compliance and the remaining time to managers within other functions at Sydkraft AB. We at Legal & Compliance work in a stimulating business environment and are tasked with meeting the business’ needs for business legal services. Among other things, we have the overall responsibility for providing advice on legal matters and contributing to business agreements. The department’s activities are varied and largely controlled by projects and the development of the group’s operations, but also by events in the outside world. We work both nationally and internationally and our work includes extensive external contacts with e.g. partners and authorities, but also with our colleagues in Germany and England, among others. This means that you will collaborate with other assistants as well as other employees within the group’s various companies and functions.
What will you be working on?
You will have varied work with many different tasks, but which essentially means:
Ongoing calendar management
Meeting bookings
Travel bookings
Invoice management
Create orders
Financial follow-up
Coordination of agendas and planning of various meetings
Documentation and follow-up of actions from meetings
Archive management
Administrative work in relation to the group’s companies (e.g. registration of data with the Swedish Companies Registration Office, handling of company documents, compilation and sending of board information, reports)
Manage and administer the Legal & Compliance case management system – iManage
Uniper is part of Sweden’s critical infrastructure and our operations include, among other things, of rules around security protection, export control and nuclear non-proliferation. We will therefore conduct a security review of all our services and supplement with a register check for security-classified positions, in accordance with the Security Protection Act. Uniper is part of socially critical activities in Sweden, which is why this position may be subject to military deployment. Any health examination including a drug test may also be relevant before employment.
Who we are looking for
We are looking for you who have previous experience from a similar role as an assistant to people in senior positions and to their team. You are used to providing support and you enjoy the variety and freedom that the role provides. If you have experience of working in an international environment, this is advantageous.
You have good IT skills and are fluent in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. It is important that you have experience working with Powerpoint, Excel and Word. Experience of working in SAP is also advantageous.
As an assistant, you support the General Counsel and the team within Legal and Compliance as well as other managers within Sydkraft AB’s operations and keep you updated on the organization and its needs. You have high integrity and a sense of service, which is important as you also need to develop and maintain relationships with all of the group’s businesses. You enjoy planning, but also need to work both proactively and with solutions to issues from day to day. You also have the ability to prioritize time and effort as needed and do you enjoy delivering results. A business-like way of thinking and acting is also natural for you.
