Job Description
Buckhead Life Restaurant Group is seeking a well-organized, experienced executive assistant for our Atlanta (Buckhead) headquarters.
The Executive Assistant will work directly with the CEO and also provide assistance to other team members. We are looking for a team player with a great attitude, strong work ethic and the ability to communicate confidently with everyone from our CEO to restaurant teams and guests. The executive assistant must be able to prioritize multiple tasks with minimal supervision, switch gears often and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to CEO with the day to day business functions
- Serves as gate keeper – screens all calls, responds to all emails and meeting requests
- Prints all daily emails and schedule for CEO, provides any needed information for the days agenda
- Maintains schedule, appointments and meetings
- Coordinates calendars for travel and meetings
- Maintains database, mailing list and accounts payable for private club
Desired Skills/Traits/Expertise:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant
- Computer Savvy
- Self-starter who works well independently
- Strong phone and email etiquette, excellent customer service skills
- Detail oriented and well-organized
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize
- Must be resourceful and proactive
- Professional conduct, confident, positive attitude
- Indesign knowledge a plus!
