Job Description

The Company’s client is a listed pharmaceutical company founded in 1850 with over a century of history. They have over 9000 employees around the world. They are looking for a finance manager. This regional role takes care of the APAC market and directly reports to the finance director.

Responsibility

• Supervise month-end and year-end closing process of business units
• Prepare periodic financial reports and analyses to highlight finance/business trends for management
• Review and improve the efficiency of monthly reporting, forecast and budget/planning process
• Provide financial solutions and insights to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of operations
• Support in implementation and enhancement of internal control and standard operating procedures
• Liaise with various external and internal parties, including but not limited to auditors, tax authorities and treasury etc.
• Assist in a system migration project
• Ad hoc projects

Requirement

• Degree in accounting or relevant disciplines
• Member of HKICPA
• A minimum of 7-8 years of experience, with a considerable 4 audit experience, is a plus.
• Hands-on experience in SAP is preferred
• Independent, self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Good command of both written and spoken English

Average Salary: HK$ negotiable
