The Opportunity
The FP&A LAB Center sr Analyst will play a key role in the LAB Center Beverage business. This role works in close partnership with the LAB Center FP&A Manager to provide support to the regional leadership team with solid financial forecasting and is responsible for report generating and Opex budget for LAB Center. Responsible for supporting the financial planning process, leading FCST, AOP, and closing process to deliver accurate information to lead the decision-making process and ensure financial support to all the Franchise and Finance Team.
Your Impact
As FP&A Sr Analyst your responsibilities would consist of …
- Responsible for monthly scorecard results for the LABC community.
- Responsible for weekly updates, monthly closing, ER, and diferentes reports per country.
- Responsible for actual P&L performance tracking against Plan and Forecasts
- Monthly update of forecasts in HFM and MOSAIC and Pepsico systems.
- Provide an accurate evaluation and analysis of current business results, opportunities, and risks
- Develop and implement reports to aid in the FCST process and improve in p&l visibility
- Provide Direct Cost reporting and forecasting support to the LAB Center, with analysis and periodic MC reporting.
- Lead and provide analytical support to cost and productivity initiatives, especially in the COGS structure of our NCB products and in our G&A budget
Who Are We Looking For?
- Education: Finance, Economics, Engineering, Administration
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience (Multinational companies or Consumer Goods)
- Computer literate – Advanced Excel
- Language: Spanish / English fluent.
- Deep understanding of a P&L and its drivers
- Expert analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
