Fund Operation Associate

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations and client services related to Asset Management
• Handle daily processing of fund accounting operations, assist in NAV reports review and shadowing. Client’s subscriptions/redemption with different counterparties;
• Maintain and house-keep client & transaction records, information, regulatory requirements and other statistical data monitoring and report to management.
• Assist in client onboarding, fund settlement related job, ensuring operational workflow comply with regulatory and internal guidelines;
• Operational support to internal teams
• Ad hoc project depends on management

Requirements

• 1 year or above related experience in Fund administration company/asset management firms; fresh graduates will be considered.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, economics or business-related disciplines;
• Detailed mind, multi-tasking and time management;
• Able to adapt the evolving systems and workflow environment
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin).
