Responsibilities

1. Control of the rooms and public areas after cleaning, taking into account compliance with our high-quality standards
2. Supporting the housekeeping management in the administration of daily activities
3. Create duty rosters for the department
4. Coordinating tasks and scheduling room cleaning
5. Liaison to coordinate the work of housekeeping, engineering, front office, and laundry departments
6. Document and resolve dissenting room issues with the front desk
7. Prepare, distribute, and communicate changes in room assignments
8. Providing information on available rooms that are ready for guest use
9. Preparing reports on arrivals and departures.

Requirements

1. Several years of experience in housekeeping
2. Ideally experience with Opera
3. A keen eye for detail
4. Expert knowledge and handling of cleaning products
5. Planning, delegation, and team-building skills
6. Friendly, courteous demeanor
7. Strong team spirit
8. Good German and English language skills.
