Role Overview
As a Human Resource Business Partner (HRBP), you’ll lead the talent acquisition function, workforce planning, and organizational structuring across the group. You’ll collaborate with departmental heads to assess and optimize staffing needs, develop talent pipelines, and ensure the company remains competitive in recruitment and retention strategies.
Key Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to define hiring strategies, structures, and team needs

Regularly review and optimize departmental structures to align with business goals

Develop creative recruitment strategies for building a strong talent pipeline

Oversee end-to-end recruitment and succession planning

Create competency frameworks and benchmark compensation structures

Lead the Talent Acquisition unit, enhancing employee branding and recruitment experience

Analyze recruitment trends and generate reports with actionable insights

Stay current on industry hiring trends and sourcing innovations

Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) recruitment strategies
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, or related field
-
3–5 years post-NYSC experience in full-cycle talent acquisition
-
Strong knowledge of MS Office tools
-
Professional certifications like CIPM, CIPD, PHRi, or SPHRi (an added advantage)
-
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
