About The Role

To support their growth and maintain their high standards, we are seeking a skilled Hydronic Central Heating Installer who is passionate about their craft and committed to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and service hydronic central heating systems and hot water heating systems with a focus on efficiency and quality.
- Provide exceptional customer service, understanding client needs and offering satisfactory solutions.
- Work collaboratively within the team to share knowledge, improve processes, and achieve common goals.
- Utilize existing expertise in plumbing, or gas fitting, or diesel mechanics.
About You
You are an ambitious and proactive individual who is keen on continuous learning and professional development in heating technologies. You will also bring with you:
- Previous experience in hydronic underfloor heating, or plumbing, gas fitting, diesel mechanics.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including heavy lifting and maneuvering of heat pumps.
- A clean full NZ Driver’s license, with the ability to drive a manual.
- Be able to work un-supervised and run your own jobs.
- Demonstrates a comprehensive understanding of heating system installations and is a certified plumber (preferable but not essential).
- Customer-centric approach, with excellent communication skills to effectively interact with clients, other trades, and team members.
- A great team player who values collaboration and is willing to share knowledge and assist colleagues.
