An inside Sales Representative is a professional who converts pre-qualified leads and generates new business with existing customers by using upselling tactics that ensure a great customer experience.There is an inside sales recruitment at an IT company. We will steadily expand the market share of our products while repeating trial and error, both in Japan and overseas.Job Description :

• Use intellectual and strategic thinking to identify, list and limit sales opportunities
• Trade with customers on both outbound and inbound calls
• new customer sales

Application requirements :

• BA/BS degree
• More than 2 years of IT solution sales experience, or experience as a technical worker/solution architect, etc.
• Experience in account management
• Experience managing multiple requests and time requests simultaneously
• Experience with CRM software and Outlook is a plus
