About Us
Many think we dream too big, but at XP Inc. we believe in the impossible. Our story began in 2001, with a small office of autonomous investment agents in Porto Alegre and today we are a large ecosystem of financial services, media and education.
We got here with the dedication of talented teams who had the grit, determination, resilience and, above all, ambition to make it happen. We know that what brought us here is not the same thing that will take us forward, but we will continue together, transforming the financial market.

Have our culture;
Passion for the financial market
Implement policies, processes and tools for defining, holding accountable and democratizing data;
Analytical ability to solve problems (bug analysis and correction);
Actively participate in key architectural decisions on a corporate basis, establishing clear communication with architects and other software and data engineers;
Experience in programming languages relevant to data engineering, such as Apache Spark, Python, Pyspark or SQL, to manipulate, analyze and transform data.
Have knowledge of ETL and Data Pipelines;
Knowledge of Cloud Azure;
Deal with multiple competing priorities, assuming responsibilities and risks in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment;

Flexible working hours
Our work model varies according to the role: preferably in-person for business fronts, predominantly remote for technology teams and hybrid for other teams. It is important to highlight that all employees need to live in the location of the vacancy (our headquarters are located in the city of São Paulo and this is where we have the largest number of positions), as we have activities that require physical presence to promote collaboration and rituals of our culture. These meetings are organized according to the leaders’ guidelines and the particularities of each routine, so that our employees can carry out their workdays with freedom and autonomy.
