PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Assure sales confirmed are delivered to customers as per contracted, guaranteeing deliveries to on time and on full. Provide customers with deliveries information and handle and resolve customer inquiries and complaints. Ensuring all transactions are accurately processed and Purchase/Stock/Sales information made readily available to Supply Chain Manager & Sales Teams. Providing exceptional Customer Service and support to Commercial Team.
JOB DUTIES, RELATIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise and create purchase orders with Brazil for production availability and planning;
- License allocation in the system;
- Follow up with the customer by ensuring the licenses are received in time and request an explanation why no license will be received;
- Plan and execute shipment & deliveries between the ports of entry in Europe with the cold stores and transport companies and our customers;
- Ensure that all logistics and contract information are input in the system and sent to the customers;
- Responsible for any kind of information the customer might request if related to orders, logistics and delivery info;
- Distributed weekly shipping schedules by ensuring accurate information is reflected on the report to the customer and commercial team;
- Make sure customer delivery requirements is fulfilled when sending the delivery instructions to cold store and transportation company;
- Monitor and minimize stock levels stored at coldstore by coordinating direct deliveries from terminal to customer delivery destination.

Education and experience:
- Degree or equivalent experience in: Bachelor degree in Engineering, Administration, Logistics, Economics;
- Language requirements: Fluent in English. Other languages are a plus depending on area.
