Job Description.
The Marketing Manager / Group Head defines and implements the marketing strategy of the Suzi Wan brand with a lead and a major country, France. He/she provides the necessary support for deployment in all countries marketing Suzi Wan.
Responsibilities.
- Responsibility for defining the 5-year strategy and its proper implementation in all countries with the brand to ensure sustainable and profitable growth. This is based on an understanding of consumer needs and the specifics of different markets.
- Definition & implementation of the strategy & portfolio of product innovations and renovations.
- Responsible for the development of the brand positioning and the communication platform.
- Led a cross-functional team (R&D, Purchasing, Quality, Markets) to ensure the achievement of objectives and approved projects and responsibility for operating budgets for the brand.
- Management of Junior Product Manager Suzi Wan.
Requirements.
- A person who knows how to show vision and perspective while driving commitment.
- Digital expertise.
- Your first experience as a Product Manager.
- Experience in product development and communications work is a plus.
- A professional level in English (written and oral).
