🔹 Job Summary:

IJM Global Limited is hiring a dependable Office Assistant to support day-to-day administrative tasks. This role involves clerical work, basic scheduling, and ensuring the office runs efficiently and stays organized.

🔹 Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors and clients.

  • Manage office supplies and keep inventory in check.

  • Handle phone calls and direct them appropriately.

  • Maintain and organize filing systems.

🔹 Requirements:

  • Minimum Qualification: SSCE (High School Certificate)

  • Proven experience as an Office Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or in a similar role.

  • Attention to detail and multitasking abilities.

  • Confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

  • Basic knowledge of using office equipment (e.g., printers, scanners).

  • 1+ year of administrative or office support experience.
