Our Melbourne office has a permanent part-time opportunity for a mature-minded, energetic, capable Personal Assistant to join our Restructuring and Recovery division at RSM.

You will be reliable, motivated, and efficient and have a friendly and helpful disposition with excellent communication and client service skills.

About the opportunity:

This position will be responsible for:

  1. Providing general administrative assistance to the Restructuring and
  2. Recovery team and Partners;
  3. Assisting Partners with diary management, travel bookings, processing expenses, and secretarial support;
  4. Act as the first point of contact for clients, taking accurate messages and directing calls appropriately;
  5. Preparing and processing client documents and other data entry duties;
  6. Organizing meetings, including preparing the agenda and all supporting documentation, room bookings, and invitations;
  7. Assisting with preparation of invoices;
  8. Preparation, lodgement, and tracking of statutory documentation with ATO, ASIC & other Statutory bodies;
  9. Other general administration duties include scanning and filing documents and maintaining registers and databases.

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate will ideally have:

  • Excellent attention to detail;
  • A strong client/customer service focus;
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office Skills;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong time management skills;
  • Positive ability to work as part of a team; and
  • A professional presentation and phone manners.
