Job Description

Novanex Career Consults is seeking a highly organized and responsible Personal Assistant to support our management team. The successful candidate will provide personalized secretarial and administrative support, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective time management for executives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and meetings

  • Handle confidential correspondence and communication

  • Organize and maintain files and documentation

  • Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations

  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders

  • Ensure professional and timely follow-up on assigned tasks

  • Perform other personal and administrative duties as assigned


Candidate Profile

Qualifications

  • HND or Bachelor’s Degree in Secretarial Studies, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficient in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook)

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills

  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

  • Good command of spoken and written English
