We’re seeking a reliable and skilled Personal Assistant to support our Group General Manager (GGM) and General Manager (GM).

Job Description:

As a Personal Assistant, you will:

  • Handle confidential matters and prioritize urgent issues addressed to GGM/GM

  • Coordinate and manage internal communication across departments

  • Support with business reports and project coordination

  • Conduct data analysis to track business performance and trends

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and IMS responsibilities

  • Assist in managing daily schedules and business activities

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent

  • 4–6 years of proven experience in a similar role

  • Strong data analysis skills (Excel, Power BI, etc.)

  • Male candidates encouraged to apply (for gender balance)
