Job Summary:
Ascentech Services Limited is hiring a Production Supervisor to oversee daily production activities, ensure quality standards, manage shop floor staff, and support efficient operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience with ISO and HACCP standards, and the ability to meet production targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise factory staff and ensure compliance with company policies

  • Monitor production workflow and improve efficiency

  • Maintain quality standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO)

  • Reduce material waste and ensure cost control

  • Plan and coordinate daily/weekly/monthly production

  • Prepare resources (materials, manpower, machines) in advance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree

  • 3–6 years’ production experience

  • Experience managing a team of 5–7 staff

  • Knowledge of ISO, HACCP, and factory operations
