Job Summary:
VW Hotels Ltd is looking to hire a Receptionist who will be the first point of contact for visitors and guests. The ideal candidate must be friendly, organized, and able to handle front desk responsibilities efficiently in a hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities:

Warmly welcome guests and visitors to the hotel

Answer and route incoming phone calls professionally

Maintain a clean and organized reception area

Handle basic guest inquiries and direct them accordingly

Display a polite and cheerful attitude at all times

Work collaboratively with other hotel staff

Support with basic guest issues or concerns when possible
Requirements:

Minimum Qualification: SSCE / WAEC

0–1 year experience (Freshers welcome)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Basic math skills (for handling guest payments or reports)

Ability to remain calm and organized under pressure
