Recruitment Director – Biodegradable Future

 

Location: USA

 

Overview:

Join our dynamic team as a Recruitment Director dedicated to fostering a sustainable future through the recruitment of talented Business Development Directors and Business Development Executives in the biodegradable industry. As the Recruitment Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our workforce to drive innovation and growth in the pursuit of a more environmentally conscious business landscape. Please note this is a commission-based only position.

 

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans to attract top-tier talent within the biodegradable sector, focusing on Business Development Directors and Executives.

2. Collaborate closely with hiring managers and leadership to understand specific role requirements and organizational goals.

3. Utilize a variety of sourcing methods, including networking, job boards, social media, and industry events, to identify and engage potential candidates.

4. Conduct thorough candidate assessments, including interviews, to ensure alignment with both technical skills and cultural fit.

5. Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from initial contact to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

6. Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor landscapes to provide valuable insights for talent acquisition strategies.

7. Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and industry influencers to enhance our employer brand.

8. Analyze recruitment metrics and continuously optimize processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

 

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

2. Proven experience as a Recruitment Director, preferably within the sustainability or biodegradable industry.

3. In-depth knowledge of business development roles and responsibilities, especially in the context of environmental sustainability.

4. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels.

5. Demonstrated success in employing diverse and innovative recruitment strategies.

6. Strong understanding of US labor laws and regulations.

7. Results-oriented mindset with a commitment to meeting and exceeding recruitment goals.

8. Passion for environmental sustainability and a genuine interest in contributing to a biodegradable future.
