This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic, focused individual, wishing to progress a career in student recruitment.

The UK Student Recruitment team, based within the Directorate of Future Students, Marketing and Communications, is responsible for intelligent, targeted, UK lead generation by combining market knowledge with up to date marketing channels.

The post holder will be responsible for delivering specific recruitment plans for the Home and UK recruitment markets and supporting school specific recruitment objectives that are aligned to and support implementation of the University’s 2030 Strategy, it’s KPI’s and all student targets for all GCU campus locations.

The successful candidate will be educated to degree level or equivalent experience, be able to demonstrate significant experience of stakeholder relationship management and the student journey. A student focused individual with excellent analytical skills is crucial for the role. An experienced collaborative worker with a strong ability to forge successful relationships, internally and externally will be required.

The role provides the requirement for significant travel throughout Scotland and the rest of the UK, primarily attending recruitment events and therefore the candidate must be comfortable with travelling independently.
