Job Description
Coordinating the sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information. Ensuring the adequacy of sales-related equipment or material. Responding to complaints from customers and giving after-sales support when requested.
Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records per the sales orders, monthly reports, and other required documents.
- Providing sales and administrative support through various office duties such as answering the phone, making calls to vendors, managing calendars, writing & printing all companies’ letters, etc.
- Coordinate effectively with the Sales Team in helping to create the necessary Sales Orders as per the POs received from the Sales Team for the clients.
- Coordinate with the accounts department for invoices.
- Make sure of the availability of stock of POSM to ensure continuous co-packing. Deal with production companies to print required POSM internally. Follow up with the warehouse for the co-packing process.
- Coordinate with the Sales Team regarding any marketing activities launched in the market.
- Inform clients of unforeseen delays or problems
Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree required; Qualification in Sales.
- Have a minimum of 4 years of experience in the related field.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and collaborative management style.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.
- Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
- Have a valid residency in Kuwait.
