Job Description
Reporting to the European Director, this is a fantastic opportunity to work for a leading global product supplier and to ensure the company’s continued success.
- Develop and implement EU Sales strategies & target lists according to company goals and objectives to achieve growth (Germany, France & Benelux)
- Proactively work to identify & execute new business development opportunities & customers.
- Develop sales channels within the company’s key growth sector.
- Work with Category management & finance to potential price and margin dynamics.
- Work with Category management on new products and expand sales base.
- Work with IT & Customer service team to successfully and quickly onboard customers.
- Be an active member of the management team.
- Support, facilitate and contribute to the lawful, sustainable profitability of the Group.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Good commercial acumen and understanding of the market.
- Fluent in German &/or French & English.
- Able to win NEW business, cross-sell and retain existing clients with profitable margins.
- Able to negotiate price changes with new and existing clients.
- Tenacity and drive to seek new business and meet or exceed targets.
- Achievement-driven and able to work to set KPIs and expectations.
- Knowledge of the EU E-commerce market.
What you will receive in return:
- OTE: E70,000 to E78,000 OTE

Average Salary: € 63,252
