Full Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented sales coordinator to contribute to achieving sales targets at a leading MICE hotel in Dubai. You are right if you have excellent interpersonal, organizational, administrative, and problem-solving skills.

Your role would be proactively finding business opportunities and leads, maintaining a solid relationship with clients, and achieving your personal sales targets.

Sales Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Proactively finding opportunities and leads for business growth by being closely in touch with clients.
  • Entertaining and conducting hotel inspections with clients. • Arranging appointments with clients off-site.
  • I handle guest and employee inquiries courteously and efficiently, reporting complaints or problems.
  • I am assisting in conducting extensive competitor research and maintaining excellent product knowledge of the Hotel.
  • Understanding client needs and providing a proposal that best suits their requirements.
  • Inputting orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
  • Liaising and working closely with the related operation departments to ensure guests’ requests and expectations are met.
  • I am converting active leads and achieving personal sales targets.
  • We are ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and hotel policies.
  • They are assisting the team with any support that they require.
  • We are maintaining positive guest and colleague interactions with good working relationships.

Qualifications

  • Experience as a sales coordinator or in administration may be advantageous.

• Computer literacy. • Good administrative, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.
  • The ability to multitask, work in a fast-paced environment, and meet deadlines.
  • Current knowledge of industry trends and regulations
