Job Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.

  • Consistently manage and grow the sales pipeline.

  • Track key metrics to ensure targets are being achieved.

  • Analyze market trends and competition to define selling strategies.

  • Develop and implement strategic marketing plans.

  • Manage sales and marketing budgets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • A Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent in Business or a related field.

  • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience.

  • Strong communication (verbal and written) and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to handle all phases of the sales cycle confidently.

  • Proven ability to acquire and maintain clients.
