Senior Business Analyst – Middle/Back Office Technology

Responsibilities

• Engage with the Operations team or other Business teams to gather requirements which impact or are related to Middle & Back Office systems
• Define and agree with detail confirmation, settlement process/workflow etc.
• Translate the agreed process/workflow into system-level requirements
• Be able to clearly articulate requirements to development teams or IT BA/PMs.
• Engage in change projects and be a part of requirements analysis and functional solutions for these initiatives

Requirements

• Investment Banking / Wealth Management experience
• Experience in Post Trade / Middle & Back Office applications
• Must be strong in communication skills, able to translate complex technical/functional issues and explain business impact to non-technical stakeholders
• A desire to learn Cash Equities business workflow and front-to-back system architecture
