Enaip Lombardy Foundation
Enaip – For the Vimercate branch it is looking for a TEACHER OF ACTIVE CITIZENSHIP for its courses. This is a collaborative assignment.
The person will be responsible for the following activities:
- Plan, organize and carry out lessons (prepare teaching material, including in digital format) following an annual planning
- Carry out an analysis of students’ training needs
- Guarantee quality lessons through the learning through experience method (continuous collaboration of basic/professional technical teachers)
- Ensuring pupils’ learning both individually and in groups, evaluating the results
- Collaborate with tutors and support teachers in planning personalized projects
- Manage the class group, ensuring a learning structure
- Take care of bureaucratic/administrative obligations (e.g. filling out class register etc.)
- Preparation of tools and equipment
- Relate with families to share the students’ journey
- Participate in various institutional meetings and moments
Place of work: VIMERCATE
Minimum functional requirements: Teaching qualification for upper secondary schools, or
alternatively
- Master’s degree appropriate to the training area, or
- Three-year degree appropriate to the training area accompanied by three-year work experience in the education system or IeFP
Specific skills
- Previous experience in educational contexts with young people, including as a volunteer (e.g. oratory, scouts, associations, etc.)
- Ability to design, plan and carry out lessons taking into account the different levels and ways of learning of the pupils
- Knowledge and ability to use IT and digital tools
Type of contract : Collaboration to be evaluated on the basis of experience and skills
Availability : from April 2025
