Job Summary:

A reputable restaurant in Ibadan is hiring smart, elegant, and customer-focused Waitresses to join the front-of-house team. The ideal candidates must be well-groomed, professional, and experienced in delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests with a friendly, polite attitude

• Take and serve orders promptly and correctly

• Maintain clean and well-arranged tables at all times

• Handle customer questions, feedback, or complaints with care

• Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure smooth dining experiences

• Follow hygiene and grooming standards strictly

• Handle billing, payments, and receipts accurately

Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years of waitress or customer service experience

• Female, preferred age range: 20–30 years

• Must be neat, presentable, and professionally dressed

• Strong communication and customer service skills

• Ability to multitask and remain calm in fast-paced settings

• Positive attitude, polite manners, and team spirit

• Willingness to work weekends and public holidays
