🔧 Key Responsibilities:

Maintain and track KPIs for the region; generate business reports for senior management.

Support and deploy LEAN/Continuous Improvement initiatives.

Analyze and track outage data with the planning & fulfillment team.

Manage operations data, helpdesk content, and ensure real-time updates.

Maintain Escalation Risk Tracker (ERP) to flag potential project risks.

Assist in operational reviews and maintain action tracker metrics.
-
Uphold data quality standards across the team.
🎓 Eligibility Requirements:

Degree: Bachelor’s in Engineering, Technology, Information Technology, or related field.

Academic: Minimum of Second Class Upper (2:1).

Work Status: Authorized to work full-time in Nigeria without restriction.

Experience Level: NYSC (Entry-level).
💡 Preferred Skills & Qualities:

Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.

Knowledge of Tableau or data reporting tools is an advantage.
