Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations of our serviced apartments in Maryland, Lagos. You will ensure excellent guest experience, manage vendors, coordinate teams, and handle bookings.
Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and maintain high standards for the property.

Manage guest bookings, check-ins/check-outs, and guest relations.

Coordinate cleaning, maintenance, and security teams.

Manage vendors, supplies, and inventory efficiently.

Generate sales and produce operational reports.

Ensure quick turnaround of apartments between guests.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in hospitality or shortlet management.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Tech-savvy, familiar with booking platforms and reporting tools.

Proactive and customer-focused attitude.

Resides near Maryland or able to commute easily.

HND or Bachelor’s degree.
